We had to build a chair and a little house in groups of people we did not talk to. We all worked as a team and all helped each other. We all had to help not just one person and we all was helping each other.

This developed my teamwork skills because we was all helping each other. Also this helped us talk to new people and get along with them. This also helped with my team work skills because it shows that I can work in a group with anyone.

It went well because we won every round. We could have improved getting everything we needed to start. Instead of keep going back up and there was bits we needed that was not there for us.

when I am older I want to become cabin crew so coming to collage motivates me because if I come to collage then I have a chance to become cabin crew.

I have a park time job and that motivates me because if I work I will get a little bit of money for my self and so that I can get to college and back.

in careers week i went litter picking to help the environment and to help keep my area clean and look tidy. this helped a lot of people because they saw that it looked better tidy so this helped people not litter.

i also use a water bottle so i am not using plastic bottles and also it helps the environment a lot by nor using plastic bottles this also helps sea animals because a lot of rubbish ends up in the sea.

on the way to collage and the way home i use an electric car to help the atmosphere. this improves the air we breath and helps a lot of people to get an electric car.

we had to get in our uniform and practice. we had to do a pre flight brief where we acted like we was in a meeting and about to get on the plain for the flight. this would benifit us in the travel indestry

Then we had to preforme our assessment this would help us because in the travel indestry this actually happens before a flight. also it makes sure that all the crew knows what to expect on the flight.

Reflection:

How you felt before? I felt very nerves and scared before I went in the room. All I was thinking is that I will not pass the assessment. Also I was panicking thinking I was going to mess up then all my groups would have failed as well.

How you felt during? I was very nervous but I thought if I tried my best anything can happen.  All I could do was try my best and be very professional so I know what it’s like in the real world 

Development, work on? I could have practiced more and definitely been more confident. Also we could have practiced the phonetic alphabet more as a group.  I need to be more confident when I am doing an assessment because then a panic and then mess up.

in my pre-flight briefing i showed leadership when i was reading the script and telling the crew how to inflate the life jacket and how to use the oxygen masks in an emergency.

also i showed leadership in all my assessments. for example when i did duty free i had a customer that was complaining about the food and i too charge and explained what i was going to do for the customer and how i am going to resolve the situation.

i showed grate communication skills when i went litter picking for my college on careers week and this also showed good leadership because i had to tell my partner where to go to get the most litter.

when i did my duty free assessment i had to do problem solving because my teacher pretended to complain about there food they got on the plane and i had to solve the problem for them as soon as possible. i also had to make sure that the customer was happy with the next meal they got and i kept checking up on them through out the flight. i had to show problem solving skills because in the future i will need there's skills to prove that i can do my job fast and professional.
