Ever since you took the role, I've always expressed my gratefulness to have you as our team lead. Managing 3 teams is not a joke. I can't even manage myself so I couldn't fathom how you do that every single day. You're such a wonderful person who knows when to be silly and when to be serious, which made me comfortable to reach out to you anytime.

There are many managers from the world over that can and do promote a toxic environment either aminado man sila or hindi, pero with you that is not the case. In fact you are very far from that. Salamat sa pag-iisip ng kapakanan namin, sa aming health and well-being, at sa kapasidad namin. Thank you kasi the way to talk to us at any time does not hint to any form of hostility or aggressiveness. This is something na dapat marecognize kasi as manager (of more than one team) marami kang tasks and responsibilities, napapagod ka, nagwowork ng late hours, sumasalo ng concerns ng superiors na dina-drop sa teams, and yet sa likod nitong lahat hindi mo pinaramdam na inaccessible ka or na parang dumadagdag kami sa troubles mo. You are always so patient, and most of the time hinahayaan mo kami to decide for ourselves, which allows us to grow. I also think na it's impressive that you pursued higher education din, because it's a sign na meron kang desire to improve yourself. I'm really happy at comfortable ka na sa team and nagoopen up ka na din. Keep it up lang and looking forward ako na mas marami kang jokes na ihihirit in the coming months! Hahaha

As I said before, amazed ako sa paghandle mo ng tasks kahit na shrek na. Feeling ko kahit chat lang tayo naguusap, ang calm mo pa rin haha. So iniimagine ko din pag nasa office kung pano ang dynamic ng team pag kami nagpapanic na tapos ikaw kalmado pa rin hahaha.

Thanks for dibsing (ginawang verb? hahaha) din ang mga proposals, I know dumadami na hinahandle natin now so don't be shy to speak up pag need ng time to breathe or need an extension sa deadline para di rin ma overload.
