1. Check Employer Status

   • Existing: Search and proceed to reserve funds.

   • New: Ensure they add our organisation first.

2. New Employer Setup

   • Employer must add Debut Training Academy College with UKPRN 10031912

   • Once added, search, select, and reserve funds.

3. Reserve Funds (Both Scenarios)

   • select correct Course , then choose relevant month.

4. Enter Apprentice Details & Prepare Approval Request

   • Fill out the apprentice's personal information and course details.

   • Ensure the full funding amount matches the apprenticeship agreement.

   • Click approve request and notify employer.

5. Follow up with employer

   • Chase employer if not approved in 24 -48 hours.
