We picked this because all throughout the year, God is doing good things and it doesn't need to be a special time in the liturgical year to worship Him. If we just look around in our everyday lives, we can find something beautiful from God.

Throughout Lent, starting on Ash Wednesday, we have our crosses to remind us that we are saved by Jesus. This song helps u remember that through the death of Christ, we are brought to new life.

"Were you there when they crucified my Lord?" Throughout Lent our faith is tested. Lent is supposed to be a period of growth in our faith. This song makes us reflect on our faith. Are we there with Jesus or are we the ones crucifying him?

This song very much captures the joy of the Christmas season. It emphasizes the gift of Jesus that God sent to the world. The new and everlasting King is born!

During Easter we are rejoicing Jesus rising from the dead. This is God's prophecy fulfilled. It is a joyous celebration.

Advent I all about making ready the way of the Lord. We want Him to come and save us. It emphasizes the emptiness we feel without Jesus and the excitement we have for Him to redeem us. We will 'rejoice' when He is born.

The song is about the Holy Spirit giving us a mission which is what happened at Pentecost. It's about us listening to what the Holy Spirit is telling us to do.
