Throughout “Frozen II”, Elsa has to trust her intuition. All logic pointed against following a voice that she didn’t recognize and releasing the spirits, but she had an intuition that the spirits were good. When she’s in the enchanted forest, she has to fight the wind and fire spirits. She ends up trusting her intuition and calming them, even when Anna tells her that it’s too dangerous. Elsa’s mother had a lullaby that said “go too far and you’ll be drowned,” which referred to an island that had all the answers to your questions. Elsa trusted her intuition and was willing to sacrifice herself to find the truth because she knew that’s what was right in her heart. Without Elsa’s intuition, she never could’ve found out the truth and freed the enchanted forest. 

This perfectly shows the transcendentalist value of simplified living because it takes our modern world and shows how damaging it can be. JojaMart overworks their employees and brainwashes them into supporting their scheme of ruining the peaceful farm life in Stardew Valley. Emerson would approve of minimal “wants” and the idea that society corrupts our values and draws us into false promises. The game truly highlights how we can not only survive but thrive, with only our needs met.
