Good strategic teaching plans... Clear understandings of policies and procedures... Appointed safeguarding staff throughout... Communication between both staff and pupils... Non-Teaching staff such as dinner ladies and office staff, as well as parent helpers all of which help the school run efficiently... All staff including teachers, dinner supervisors, office staff, headteacher, governors and different organisations working together to create a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Also creating a strong relationship with parents and carers is important in order to work together to give the pupils the best education possible.
