A discussion amongst the project partners could then be the starting point. And such discussions could be carried out throughout the project. We can do this digitally and also face to face and we could meet in all places during the project period for all of us to get the context of each other’s work environments. Guiding questions: How do we work, what guides the way we work? What do we research on (gender related and other), what do we teach when we teach gender (what do we emphasize, what do we leave out, what guides these decisions)?
