<title>Would be very interesting with a cross-country discussion on how we do academic work in our institutions with a focus on gendered careers. A discussion amongst the project partners could then be the starting point. And such discussions could be carried out throughout the project. We can do this digitally and also face to face and we could meet in all places during the project period for all of us to get the context of each other’s work environments. Guiding questions: How do we work, what guides the way we work? What do we research on (gender related and other), what do we teach when we teach gender (what do we emphasize, what do we leave out, what guides these decisions)? Will be linked to the work package on community impact – what we research and what we teach has importance beyond the university and academic environment we work within, and the one on teaching gender – how are we influenced by international, national, local ways of thinking and doing gender teaching for example. </title>
