I just wanted to say thank you for everything you do - for your work with programs and providers and for your commitment over this past year to making TA the best it can be. You have risen to the challenge and there's not a person in CCS that doesn't see the incredible impact you have on this division now. YOU DID THAT.

Thank you, thank you, thank you CCS TA team! You are the quality improvement arm of CCS, and the support you give to our providers who need it the most is the link to our dream of every child having access to high quality child care. I know how challenging this work is. I know you walk into some programs and wonder where to start because there's so much to do. Please know how much you are appreciated! My goal this upcoming fiscal year is to dive deeper into your data so we can highlight the difference you make everyday! Have a great SERW week!

Happy SERW! Although we don't need an actual week to be thankful for one another, we'll take it anyway! I am thankful for each and every one of you every single day, and I enjoy the work we do together to improve the lives of children, families, and teachers. I respect and admire your genuine passion for the work, your authentic desire to see programs improve and succeed, and your commitment to never give up. What we do is hard, but you keep going, keep thinking, keep striving, and keep making solutions actual reality. A HUGE shout out to everyone on the TA team. I started with this team just 2 months ago and EVERYONE has made my transition so welcoming. I appreciate all of the insight and kindness each member has shown as I navigate in TA. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this team and just wanted each one of you to know, you are amazing!
