-          Unemployment was about 6 million people and over 5 million were unemployed and over 1 million lost jobs due to farming crisis
-          Thus Dr. Hjalmar Schact, president of Reichsbank and minister of econ started to participate in initiatives to reorganize Germany’s finances for reemployment ; helped Hitler in initiating public works program such as the building of roads, motorways (Autobahnen) and public buildings.
-             Reich Labour Service, created by the Nazis, is an agency that reduced unemployment rates. One method used was providing public facilities and infrastructure. for which the building of these public facilities required manpower, giving people jobs.

-        Workers were strictly controlled under DAF 
-        Workers could not strike or bargain for pay raises or better conditions. However, employers could not sack them on the spot.
-         Workers given 'work books'

-          People needed permission to leave jobs from the government and could not leave jobs in certain industries
- Allowed prices to stabilize, more jobs, fewer strikes and help the economy to improve at the expense of a reduction of worker wage and benefits.

By 1939, there were 1.4 million men in the army. This created many jobs as men were needed to make war materials, such as weaponry, equipment, ammunition and uniforms. Hitler also created the first ever Luftwaffle or modern air force to defend German airs. This decision boosted Germany's Economy and provided job employments.
