         <description><![CDATA[<div>Red blood cells don't have a nucleus because if the red blood cells did, red blood cells wouldn't be able to carry more oxygen molecules. Because of the lack of nuclei the blood cells do not contain DNA. The lack of nuclei allows the cells to adapt for its role.</div>]]></description>
