For example, she was passed over for a promotion because she didn't talk to her boss about how much she felt she deserved the promotion. Later on in her career, Carla improved at managing her career. She was able to develop her own personal brand and she is thinking critically about how she wants to continue to develop and what opportunities she should take on. </div>]]></description>
