In this respect, we find ourselves needing to be more and more fluid in terms of management of types of programs. We have mangers in place that are incredible subject matter experts (SME's) in their specific portfolio of programs. Adaptable management can be implemented within our organisation by continuous development in universal management skills (budget control, stakeholder management, staff supervision), rather than SME's sitting permanently within their portfolio. This will make us more adaptable to change in a fluid environment
