Summary: Good organization and access to the physical library--displays, schedule, etc., and good, equitable virtual and physical access to a diverse selection of materials. Also, makes good decisions about collection development based on the needs of the kids & given data.

Librarians are trained educators specializing in literature, digital/information literacy, and instructional technology. We bring these skills to create meaningful engagement in inquiry, research, and reading. All of this is done through collaborations that lead to better instruction for learners. This leads to students going beyond hands on activities and inquiry; these students delve into ethical issues and true joy of learning moments which lead to personal growth.
