I believe knowing how to listen and when to ignore is a strength because I think it enables meaningful connections with students. While also blocking out any kind of distractions or negativity. I feel that this balance can help create a supportive environment, create trust, and allows for focused positive growth. Which can help my teaching a lot more effective and responsive to my students individual needs.
