I like the ending of the story because they have a successful life even without their parent. Nadene will be promoted to be a CEO in the company she works while Thomas finish his degree. They manage to continue their life after the accident, and they stick together as family through thick and thin. I never have an actual accident that happen to me but sometimes I lost myself and feel so empty about my life. My family always been a reason for me to smile and be happy. They are my inspiration to keep moving forward.

 

          In conclusion, we should always stay positive even when it feels like our life is falling apart. We should always find a reason to standing and keep moving. I believe that we were given this life because we were strong enough to live it.

 

 

after the accident that make Nadin’s parents passed away, her grandparents always visited her family and trying their best to cheer up them. Like grandfather, he would bring Tommy to the beach to calm down him from remembering the accident. Her grandmother also cheers up them through her grandchildren’s favorite food. It showed that Nadin’s grandparents always with them to make sure their grandchildren were in good condition. Nadin also rejected the job in Pulau Pinang and applied for the job nearest to her place, because she knew that her little brother needs her in his life. a few years later, Tommy already graduated with as bachelor of accounting and she became the new CEO at the company in Kuala Lumpur

 

  This story just reminded me of my life, that I lose my friends because she went to another school. I just overcome the loss by positive thinking and trying to make my life busy so that I will forget about her

 

          

 

 

 

     I like the ending of this story because Nadine and her brother able to succeed even without their parents but they always miss their parents. Nadine successfully completed her study in chemical engineering and now she counting month to become CEO at one of chemical engineering company. Tommy successfully finished his study in degree. She will take care of her brother no matter what happen. In my life, I lost my beloved uncle because of an accident. My uncle is a good person and he always care about me even though he already have family. He died on 10 October 2019. I cannot forget that date. I always pray that he will be among the believers. I know I am a strong people.

       In conclusion, we have to trust everyone who lives will face their death because everything is not permanent.

          I like the ending of the story because all the supportive family members show the unity of a big family when they are having trouble. Their aunty whose unmarried supports them by moving in to look after them, took weeks off to make sure her nephews were not alone. Meanwhile, Nadene's grandparents always visited them frequently and made some of their favourite dishes. I really adore with how Nadene sacrifices of her job offer in Penang just to take care of Thomas. Nadene believes, sustenance will surely come to her. Hence, she got offered a big position after working 2 months at a successful chemical engineering at Kuala Lumpur. 

          I had lost my classmate 3 years ago because his heartbeat stops when he joined a marathon. Our mother was close to each other, so it really effects my life. And I had overcome my sadness by always pray for him.

          In conclusion, sometimes we must accept the fate with open heart and think the positive side.

I like the ending because it is the happy ending. This can be proved over 10 years Tomy successfully completed his degree while Nadeem will get promoted to become a new CEO at her workplace. It shows that they don't give up easily and continue their life until success and stay together through thick and thin.

When I was 15 years old I lost my father that always motivates me when I was down. At that time I felt my life was zero cause I don't think I have somebody else to motivate me after this, but I forget that I still have my mother and my siblings. So I decide to remember all my father's words and I promise to myself to pursue my ambition that can make my family proud of me.

Conclusion, what happens in our lives, we can’t break the spirit of success, but we need to get up and get out of that event to change our life towards success.

Nadene is a girl who is studying at a public local university in major of Chemical Engineering. After 2 weeks of her graduation day, her family wants to send her to Penang because she gets a job there. During their on the way to Penang, she and her family involved in an accident. Her parents die in that incident. After that incident, Nadene and her brother live with her unmarried aunt and grandfather. After 10 years Nadene’s brother gets a first-class honors bachelors of accounting and finance. It makes Nadene proud of him.

Last two years, I lost my grandfather. Even though I am not close enough with him but I feel so sad. I keep thinking about whether I have enough memory with him or I am someone who does not appreciate his existence in my life at all. I overcome my sadness with go to visit him at his grave 3 times per month. I told him that I really love him even though I never show it. Day by day I am feeling better and I learn to appreciate all of my family members. The conclusion from this story is we must love our family like Nadene’s aunt and grandfather and we must take care of each other very well.

     Nadene is a young lady who tried to overcome her difficult life after losing both of her parents in a tragic accident. She gave up her job as an engineer at Penang that took 6 hours drive from Petaling Jaya just to take care of her little brother, Tomas. Tomas really needs Nadene by his side as he was struggling and stressing out with his life. After 10 years, Tomas finally graduated as a degree holder in Bachelor of Accounting and Finance while Nadene working at a chemical company in Kuala Lumpur that promoted at the new CEO in less than 2 months.
     In my life, there is an incident where I lost my precious cat. It is very hard at first to overcome the emptiness. As time goes by, slowly I try to forget about it by feeding the stray cats around my house area. I still can feel the love from the stray cats slowly fill up the emptiness.

            
               I like the ending because the tender love and support of her family was very strong. After the loss of her parents, her aunt took the initiative to move in and look after Nadene and Thomas. She stayed by their side to make sure they were okay. Their grandparents always visited them whenever they could, and their grandmother tried her best to cook their favorite dishes. Their grandfather also took Thomas sightseeing. Although their grandparents lost their beloved daughter, they kept being strong for the sake of Nadene and Thomas. 

            
                When I was barely 10, I lost my father who battled with a lot of diseases at that time. I remembered being devastated by it that I was not able to focus in class and got scolded by a teacher. I was determined to stay strong for my sake because I believed every cloud has a silver lining. So, from that day onward, I chose to move on with life because I knew it was not good to dwell on the past. The conclusion is we should never dwell in the past and accept our fate as it is so we could continue moving forward in life. 

    Based on the ending of short story titled “Through thick and thin”, there is a tragic event that happened to Nadeen’s family during her graduation day.

     I like the ending how Nadene did not give up in life after going through tragic event in her life. Ten years have passed and Nadene lives for herself and her little brother, Tommy with the help of her aunt and grandparents. Nadeen is a very strong woman because losing someone dear to us is not something simple that we can easily forget and move on however she accepted the harsh reality and she take care of her little brother on behalf her parents. She believed life must goes on.

   I have been through losing something that dear in my life.8 months ago, I lost my cat that I treated dearly like my own son named Bubu. He died because of poisoning. He look sick that night and suddenly he died the next morning in my arms. It’s really hard to accept that my baby is gone and until now I still remember him. I miss him so much.

In conclusion, we must believe everything is happen for a reason. We must accept our fate.
