The GDP of the Philippines today is recorded as 471.516 billion USD. This is due to their goods such as Electrical machinery and equipment, Machinery, copper, Fruits, and Nuts. The Philippines has a very tropical climate, making produce easy to grow in the more rural areas. In addition, the labor culture in the Philippines is very enthusiastic. People often wake up early and work in the morning, shift to indoor activity during the day, and then night dedicated to socializing.

If we compare the GDP of the Philippines with the GDP of Thailand, we will notice that there was a spike in GDP in the 90s Thailand. This is due to the government of Thailand improving its consumerism and more private consumption. The president of the Philippines in the 90s was Fidel V Ramos who was one of the better leaders of the phillipines. That is when they started implementing policies that grew the economy steadily.
