         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was eating freeze dried skittles for the first time and I ate so many so fast, just kept putting them in my mouth without noticing that I was really eating them, later I felt sick from eating to many skittles. After watching the kids talk about the oranges, I tried with my skittles. I decided to eat one at a time and really look at the color of each one that I was putting in my mouth and paid attention to the flavor of each one and the crunch from the candy that it made.</div>]]></description>

It was so nice to see my friends since we are so far apart!          <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel good after my walk. I would say relaxed, but I don't really feel relaxed. I feel at ease. During my walk I was able to organize my thoughts and worries so that they were not all on my mind at the same time. The sky was pretty and going for a walk while the sun was setting was a great idea. I loved the pink, orange, blue, and purples of the sky at that time. The colors made me think of happy thoughts and helped me clear all the worries from my mind. Seeing my dog and girlfriend happy on the walk made me feel really good about how they are doing as well. With the mindfulness walk it really opened my mind. I was able to stop and think about friendships classes, work and just kind of think of everything individually.
