         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Elision:&nbsp;</strong>Is the omision of one or more sounds (Vowel, consonant or a whole syllable) in a word or phrase, producing as a result that is easier for the speaker to pronounce.&nbsp;<br>There are various types of elision, theyare:&nbsp;<br><strong>Ecthlipsis:</strong>&nbsp;Elision of a vowel and the letter "m" before a word beggining with a vowel.<br><strong>&nbsp;Syncope:</strong>&nbsp;Elision of vowels between consonants.<br><strong>Apheresis:</strong>&nbsp;Deletion of a sound at the beggining of a word (generally of an unstressed vowel)<br><strong>Aperope:</strong>&nbsp;Drop of a sound at the end of a word.<br><br></div>]]></description>
