SharePoint is a resource for everyone. It is not only for faculty. Supervisors should make sure staff knows this exists for everyone.

The key wording to me is they are looking for learning resources stored in a central location for staff topics (although I would argue a lot could overlap with faculty too). For example, we did a session about writing effective emails a couple years ago. Perhaps resources from that session could be stored in our Hub as the central clearinghouse.

Need to clarify what resources staff would like to access?

Make clear that intranet, SharePoint, and DFMCH Hub are all the same thing. Preferred terminology is DFMCH Hub.

The key words to me are a clearinghouse for resources related to learning and support. So perhaps they want actual resources stored in DFMCH Hub. For example, a few years ago we had a session about writing effective emails. We could take the materials from that session and store them in the Hub for future reference.

DFMCH Hub seems like it is a good place for this (and already does it to some extent), but perhaps a page could list links to resources (like the link for the list of professional development classes offered by UW) and different people/areas in and out of DFMCH to reach out to with different types of questions (like the Connections page, etc)
