In Brazil they have a parade and they also have a parade in Puerto Rico. While Puerto Rico people dance in the streets and the vejigantes chase the revelers with their vejigas. Puerto Rico does not compete with each other but in Brazil dance schools do compete against each other. But Puerto Rico they still celebrate a lot they dress up as vejigante where as in Brazil they have people dress up in colorful clothes. Both countries have a lot of fun celebrating the carnival by having music and dancing. They both put religious background into their carnaval. In brazil they have 75,000 spectators but in Porto Rico they don't have that. For example, In Brazil the Carnival is like the superbowl and 4th of july for mericans combined.
