One of my worst travelling stories happened when I was coming back from Cali after visiting my parents. I'd booked the flight through VivaColombia and I was quite pleased with the price. On the day of the flight I arrived to the airport with my mom at around 5pm and when I went to check-in I realised the flight had been that day at 7am!!! I had to buy another ticket with Avianca which was double the price. I have to admit, this has happened to me a few times because I forget to check if it's 24-hour time...
