Gold 3: Is Predestination Real? by Mark Tolcher

Using Aquinas' Summa, post your answer using either Aquinas or something else that is credible. Is there an attribute of God that fits? Does ignorance or free will play a role?

Predestination is not real because the actions that you take on Earth lead to where you will end up after death, heaven or hell. God knows everything so you can sin as much as you want and pray as much as you want and not go to confession but God still knows what you did and that you did not go to confession. "God knows all of us but he does not predetermine us."

Predestination is real because God had a plan for us when we were created. Whether or not we get into heaven. Also God is Omniscient, which means he knows all, and will know whether we will get into heaven or not. Also it may not even be a Predetermined number of people that actually go to heaven, it may very well be that there is no limit to heaven and as many people as God wants can go to heaven.
