         <description><![CDATA[<div>What is the usual temp in the Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall in Norway?<br>January in Norway usually in between 6-C (21F) and -30C and in the Summer it is normally in the 60s of 70s and in the Winter is always 20 or bellow and in Fall it is very nice usually 60 and 70 and sun is out most of the time.</div>]]></description>
