Wonder: Why is the cut score so high by the time students take part C? compared to other grade levels Why are their scores going down from A to C?

A success was that there was growth in majority of the standards from the beginning of the year. A challenge is that a large amount of students scores were still not at the Bubble or meeting.

We noticed in LINK-IT C, the not meeting category increased to 19% from 0.

We also noticed that percent of not meeting and partially meeting remained the same.

The margin is closing from student achieving in the Expressions and Equations (growth)

Challenges also occur in the standard

A-CED.A.1. Looking back at on of the questions, there was a complete exponential growth / decay. It asked the students to make to the equation to find the value and many were thrown off by the rational exponent.

We wonder which category the students who were partially meeting, fell into (since Linkit A)?
Did the students who did not take the assessment transfer or were absent on the day of the assessment?

There was growth from A to B to C. 7.NS had the highest proficiency.
