Project Management: i hope i can be better at time management as sometimes i have a lot of situations to deal with and i do not know how to manage them properly.

1. Yes, i have been responsible. When i use the machines, i would always make sure i wear my safety googles. i would also wash my hands after every D and T lesson.
2. Handing in the assignments i have not been responsible, as instead of handing in the homework, i accidentally send it to them. from now on, i will make sure to send my homework on time.

1. I think Angela's group is the most creative as they came up with the idea to use confetti at the end. It was very unique and unexpected. It looks very simple but full of creativity. Her group's project could run quite smoothly.

2. I think i can add on more ideas for the decoration to make sure my project is eye-catching. i would also want to test my prototype again and again, just to make sure it can run smoothly without any errors. i think i can apply the surprise element at the end to improve.

My proudest moment was when i finally got the conveyor belt to move.

I think it was to unsure that my machines would run smoothly with no complications.

Percussion

- It taught me to be able to sync in harmony with my teammates and forced be to be more attentive and hear the bats so i can play my rhythm right on time.

- Call and response. The first person plays a rhythm, then the people following after will 'response' in a different rhythm.

-I learnt that i am actually able to focus better and lead my friends during our music group discussions.
- It helped me to be more attentive to my surroundings as we had to do our group work on google meet, i had to listen to my friends playing with extra attention, so i can play it right.
- Practice more so we can sync better while playing our 'instruments'.

Evaluation of your Practical Dish
✔️i think my dish needed careful detailed planning, as it needed freezing time, i had to ensure that i had enough time to decorate but not let it melt. i also had to use the hand mixer, as it was my second time using it, i was not very familiar. But along the way i manage to pull through and make it work.

✔️i think that this time i was able to carefully strategies my plan and execute in according to the timing.

✔️ for the first few sessions, time management was a huge problem for me. However, i manage to overcome and plan everything to detail, thus i was able to prep+cook+cleanup within 1hour

✔️I think time management was one on my major problem i faced when i attended these lessons. I definitely have improved from the first time i made food in the kitchen VS today. Today, i am able to move fast and precisely. This really helps when i need to cleanup and cook/bake within the hour.

✔️ i think i would have made whip cream to be put on the decorative plate as to enhance the decoration.

✔️ along the many lessons we had, i realise that we can always make food healthier and easier for us to make in our daily lives. i will always remember the recipes given to us and put it to good use for the future.

✔️ i think they helped made my dish easier in the sense that i can try to make it healthier by putting less sugar ,etc

✔️ i think the manipulative skills for me were not too easy or too hard to execute. i was able to overcome the challenges i"ve faced and perform to my expectations

✔️i think they really help me think what i wanted to make. some recipes were easy, others were hard, but i learn how to balance out the two and find something that i like to make.

o i think my proudest moments were went the cheesecake manage to firm up in time for the presentation
o The greatest challenge was to whip everything together as it would 'fly' everywhere and create a mess. Thus, i had to scrape the mixture down every once in a while.
o i think perseverance would be my takeaway value from this whole experience as i learnt how important it is to never give up even in times of trouble. I also realise that working in the kitchen can be quite stressful, so we need to learn how to stay calm and carry on without panicking.
