The conference ran for a total of 4 days. Myself and another Digital Marketing Intern were tasked with managing the official UDHEIT twitter account for 3 out of 4 days. We worked together to capture moments of the conference, both images and text. This document contains some examples of the content we created.

This event is held for prospective students to explore different Universities, Institutes and Colleges and to discover the courses that are on offer. I worked alongside members of the ITB marketing team to inform prospective students of the courses available in ITB, where we are located and made them aware that we will be joining forces with Dublin Institute of Technology and the Institute of Technology Tallaght to become one university, The Technological University Dublin.

I gathered photographs from ITB 1999-2018 and displayed them for all staff to view. I went through all photographs and chose 130 that I believed represented ITB in the best light. I then decided to display these photographs on pin boards in the staff common room and I numbered each photograph. I asked staff members to vote for the photographs which they believed best represented ITB. I organised to tea, coffee and biscuits to be made available in the room of the event. This was to create a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. I also placed a box of other images on a table for staff members to look through with their colleagues. Once the event was over, I counted the voting slips and took note of the top 10 voted for photographs. I then passed on these 10 photographs to Mairead, the marketing manager.
