For these photos remain to greatly show the collective behavior through the formations of crowds to protest and give their support to act upon the racial discrimination and injustices done onto Black people and their communities. As the chapter says that “Mass-society theorists argue that the state works to increase equality and fight social problems.

I chose this song because of how its purpose and variation of meanings still remain relevant in our current affairs. As the chapter mentions that the theory for mass-society contains aspects of rapid social change, social diversity, and widespread isolation, the results of those aspects can often be difficult for individuals to create their own sense of identity through either of them. (P.504) Yet with the power and strength of the minds amongst the individuals of many generations, that continue to speak upon the matters of racism, stereotypes, and prejudices. The importance of these messages that continue to speak volumes in ways to keep us in solidarity and to remain teachable towards those that still don’t seem to understand.
