         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Preliminary Strategizing is important to stay organized and to align your finished piece with your brand/target market and purpose.<br>3. Put the emphasis on your headline/Cover. This is "the hook" that is  going to pull your reader in and make them want to read your brochure<br>3. Make your information readable. Not only should you use a readable font that coincides with your brand but break your text/information into small digestible chunks, that will get your point across by merely skimming the brochure<br>4. Always include a "call to action" what do you want your reader to do? This goes hand -in-hand with make your contact information both easy to find and read. Don't make your reader search for it- They probably won't!  </div>]]></description>
