Name: Jorge Míchel Sierra Díaz

The theory that I will use is Social Learning Theory. It was developed by Albert Bandura and it was used to study bullying. This theory indicates that aggressive behavior is acquired by modeling conditions and direct experiences, resulting from the positive and negative effects of actions, mediated by cognitions on them (Bandura, 1977). As applied to my topic, this theory holds that I would expect my independent variable(s) family, mass media, school environment, peer-to-peer interaction and teachers to influence the dependent variable of bullying, because if relationships within the family and school are strengthened and parents, students, and teachers are trained about this issue, then the bullying could be prevented, avoided and intervened.

John Broadus Watson developed it, and it was used to study various types of human behavior. This theory focuses on the study of observable and measurable behavior. Watson was an American psychologist who established the psychological school behaviorism. His ideology was revolutionary during the 19th century; He introduced the cause and effect relationship when introduced to stimuli. As applied to my topic, this theory holds that I would expect my independent variables: The length of time kids spend watching television while the dependent variable is the behavior of students of school Sagrado Corazón Montemayor in ages between 7and 8 years. Explaining the dependent variable about the influence of television messages in the cognitive field, behavioral field, social environment, emotional sphere, and physical development, because the excessive and continued exposure of children to this type of violent audio-visual models leads, at least, to the following psychological consequences:
- Desensitization of the anguish and repulsion that, as it would be natural, should produce scenes of physical or psychological pain.
- Considerable reduction of anxiety in terrible situations of aggression against human beings.

The possibilities of obtaining higher income throughout the life cycle increase as the level of formal education of the individual increases. As applied to my topic, this theory holds that I would expect my independent variable, study level to influence or explain the dependent variables: income level and the capacity of the person to get a job, because, if the study has an influence on average school/work performance, it should act as a sign of the innate capacity of the person facing the offeror of work to get a job and have a higher remuneration for her/his provision of services, where study level, considerably modifies they socioeconomic characteristics.

The object of study of psychology and how behavior is conceived is understood in various ways, depending on the approach from which it is viewed. Behaviorist psychology is a current of psychology with three levels of scientific organization that complement each other and nourish each other: behaviorism, experimental behavioral analysis, and behavioral engineering. The latter also includes a wide range of technological applications, both in the field of therapy and behavior modification This theory indicates that a stulus, an answer follows, and between the two, causal relationships can be established.

.-It is related to experimental psychology.

.-contributes explanatory aspects of psychopathology, considering that symptoms are not expressions of a disease, but are the same disease.

.- postulates that any behavior, is composed of objectively analyzable responses.

.- The behavior is always composed of muscle movements and glandular secretions.

.- Uses fully objective methods (not introspection): direct observation and experiments.

.- it's materialistic

As applied to my topic, this theory holds that I would expect my independent variable(s) I would expect how students of an English group are motivated by certain experimental entries of my independent variables, which I can change by experiencing and achieving different responses by students to influence or explain the dependent variable(s) Representing the result of experimentation with independent variables, such as the amount of educational resources, whether physical or virtual that I use to teach the English language, represent independent variables, and variables dependents are the result of this teaching practice, whether it is the motivation of the students, or the consolidation of a didactic strategist because _ The results depend on work and experimentation, such as in conductism, a styling is followed by an answer, in this sense behavior is a great help in the teaching practice, in which we hope that students have an answer academic styllens, which may be notes, or a didactic strategy that arouses their interest in the subject.
