-        We started in phase 1, now we are in phase 2 reflection and we will be in phase 3 soon: D As the serious answer we started as strangers who could not work together now we are a group that knows each other and manages to work per our naturally designated roles and we will try and be better in terms of efficiency.

I find my self in the meddle of the group and we complete each other. I do not think the team would work correctly if we missed one of us . We put a linear plan and we achieved our goals. We are all giving and observing at the same time . We are all  cooperative . Every time we meet we become more active and we could work faster . I do not think our performance needs to be improved unless we want to move to a whole other level of proficiency. I usually advise nnd contribute positive energy. I am doing my best to give more and be on time. We do not really need an actual leader because all of us have the since of responsibility.  We are such a great group and a great teacher :) .
