  • Some of the ideas that me and my partner brainstormed was we drew a sketch of what we wanted our bridge to look like with the pennies on it and kind of guessed how many pennies we thought it would hold. 
  • The type of bridge that we decided to build was the beam bridge. Honestly I am not that sure why that is the one that we chose but I think it's because we are very new to those other types of bridges so the beam bridge is the first one that popped up into our heads since that's the only one that we were familiar with before the bridge PowerPoint.

    • When planning this design, some of the difficulties me and my partner faced were a couple disagreements of how we wanted to set up our bridge after we figured out what type of bridge we wanted to do.
    • Some constrains we had to plan around was that we could only use paper and masking tape to construct the bridge.

  • So for the paper we basically used it to construct the entire bridge. For the beams we used paper, for the actual bridge we used paper. To hold the bridge (paper) together, we used masking tape.

    Yes I feel as if me and my partner collaborated well. Some things I feel as if we could do better next time could be to work better as a team and not forget that this is a collaborated project and not an individual project.
