The Judiciary branch is made up by eleven ministers or the 'supreme court'. The Executive branch is the different people that are President, state governors and the Mayors. The Legislative branch is much bigger, it has 128 senators and 500 deputies. There are different types of deputies, local and federal. The president must dictate according to the laws in Mexico. When in need of a new president there are elected every six years. The President is the Supreme Commander of the Navy, Army and Air Force.  The governments Congress doesn't believe in violence to fix there problems,the use a peace treaties as a result to not having war. The President also assigns work to the Secretaries of State. The secretaries of state is in charge of peace with other countries health care, environmental problems education, communications, jobs much more. This Constitution was created by one of Mexico's former leaders, Venustiano Carranza Garza. The 1917 constitution goes by these different rights. Guaranteed to social security, Pro-labor laws, Universal health care and education, agrarian reform, and pro Mexican soil rights limiting the influence to foreign countries.  The Constitution of mexico 1917 has 9 titles. Immigrants are in a country legally. some of the ways an immigrant can stay in the foreign country is the would need to "not be destined to be burdens on society, of economic and social benefit to society,of good character and have no criminal records and contributors to the general well-being of the nation." Pretty much while your are permanently living in a foreign country you need to follow strict rules/laws to have no record to stay in that country legally.
