Another happy PCOS momma spreading baby dust this week!
After 3 years of TTC, and thanks to their dedication, we now have a very clear positive pregnancy test!

I saw her last October 2025, ran some tests to make sure she has no other issues apart from PCOS. Once we ruled out thyroid and sugar concerns, we focused on supporting her body and her husband’s with the right set of vitamins, supplements and a healthier diet.

She also started doing yoga as her form of physical activity-very important!

After 1 cycle of letrozole, together with everything else we discussed during their clinic visit, my congratulations are in order! Yaaaay!

From Laguna to QC, they endured the long travel, the traffic and the long queues…

She was diagnosed with Endometriosis back in 2022 and was on Visanne for 2 years. They started trying last June 2025 and put in a lot of effort to lose 4kg in 1 month! With a major shift in their diet and a healthier lifestyle, paired with the right vitamins and supplements, we are now pregnant at 16 weeks! WOW! Congratulations!

You know what they say…sometimes things happen when you least expect it, same with pregnancy. 🤰 Starting the week right with a very clear positive PT from a happy momma! 🥰

Endometriosis and Adenomyoma didn’t stop her from getting pregnant. Last January, we found out that she had a cyst on her right ovary. We treated it for 6 months and I told her that if she’s ready to have a baby, balik lang siya sa clinic. She went back last Dec 24, one cycle of letrozole, vitamins and other necessary supplements…here we are now!

I’m so happy for you my dear! Success story talaga tayo 💖

This one is such a success story…she was diagnosed with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and PCOS, which made it difficult for her to conceive. They’ve been TTC since 2017, but now, after everything that she has been through: a hysteroscopy and polypectomy, she is now at 31 weeks! I can’t wait to meet your baby this coming March!

Another thing that’s important to remember, putting in your steps daily and the effort to lose a few pounds pays off! Along with vitamins and supplements, a healthier diet and a cycle of letrozole, she is pregnant at 35 years old. Yaaay!

So happy for Mommy Justine & Daddy Melvin! Our #ARMYbaby is saying hello in the form of heartbeats 💓

After a year of TTC, four cycles of Letrozole, undergoing hysteroscopy and polypectomy, we are now expecting a baby! Congratulations!

Your TTC journey is for sure worth it!

FEB 13 - Reel: Glenda & Jolo

Five years of waiting and countless doubts that almost made them believe it might never happen.

Glenda was diagnosed with adenomyosis in 2020. She also has hypothyroidism. At 37, she was told there was little to no chance of getting pregnant.

But in June, she and Jolo chose to visit the clinic and MAGPAALA SA OB.

Went through 2 cycles of letrozole, and did their part:

✨ improved their diet

✨ took the right vitamins

✨ slept earlier

✨ exercised consistently

Jolo, a seafarer, is set to leave this February, of course may may pressure cause we are pressed for time.

But ito na saktong sakto because they are now expecting a baby just in time bago umalis si Jolo.

A reminder that while medicine guides the journey, hope, consistency, and teamwork matter too.

Wow naman! I got an update from a patient I last saw last year pa. We last saw each other January 2025. Back then she had a miscarriage in 2023, and I did an operation on her because of an ectopic pregnancy. That was also the time when we found out that she has endometriosis. We went on Visanne for 6 months, and they continued trying kahit LDR sila ni husband in Palawan. Now, finally we have another pregnancy test that is positive, here's to hoping and praying. Baka 3rd time's the charm.

Their 10th wedding anniversary gift to each other… si baby. 🤍 and an early 34th birthday gift din for Rox.

After 9 years,that's when they decided to try for a baby.
By the 6th month of TTC, they found out that she had endometriosis and adenomyosis—to the point na palagi na siyang nasa ER.

So we focused on treatment for 6 months.

Then after just 1 cycle of letrozole…(and of course doing their part by making a few lifestyle changes) pregnant na. ✨

Sometimes, the timing feels late
until you realize it’s actually right on time.

11 years TTC, PCOS patient, 38 years old.

At some point, they already accepted na maybe… wala na talaga. Na maybe having a baby wasn’t for them. But they didn't stop trying.

In 2019, they found out it wasn’t just her journey—
he was diagnosed with varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum that can affect sperm quality).

In April 2025, he underwent surgery.
By September, they were back—vitamins, long daily walks, consistency lang.

At 38, after 11 years of TTC…
pregnant na. 🤍

When you think tapos na,
minsan answered prayer pa pala.

TTC is always a team effort—
for her and for him. Kaya us OBs we always recommend that if you are TTC, you should come together. Not just the aspiring mommy. So happy for you!! Congratulations!

Congratulations to our first PCOS momma here at Vierra Femme Clinique!

What a journey...rainbow baby, they have been TTC for 2.5 years now.

She had a miscarriage last 2021, and I first saw her last June 2025 with a diagnosis of endometriosis, and adenomyosis with myoma.

After 2 cycles of letrozole along with our other vitamins, supplements and course of treatment, she got the most perfect birthday gift! You hold a special place in my heart and VFC.
