From the point of view of professional ethics, I as an industrial engineer have to be communicating all the time with the staff that the company, my work depends a lot on the flow of information of the whole company, for that reason, I have to have a level of high communication, that only gained with experience. When I'm working and talking with the staff, I have to be respectful and kind. There is a problem, and this is the following: some engineers are arrogant and speak with contempt to employees, they should not do that, those people who are like that, should change, because that attitude causes problems in the work environment and affects everyone.

 

With respect to our functions, I as an engineer, I have to be updated on technological advances to help the company. I have to talk to professionals from different areas to learn more and have more knowledge, I have to have the ability to solve problems. I have to analyze, evaluate, plan, implement strategies and plans for the welfare of the company.
