         <description><![CDATA[<div>The thought, feeling, or belief that I am aiming to change is the feeling that I'm not smart enough to achieve my goals. I know I am just based off of past experiences, I just need to prepare myself for the difficult road ahead of me. It is definitely possible, It'll just be more than difficult.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a result of this change in my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, I would like to see an impact in most of these categories. I'm expecting to have a change financially as for I will have a great degree in the end, a change physically/mentally as for I will be comprehending much more difficult ideas than I ever have before, and socially because I will have to learn how to communicate new ideas that I currently don't understand near enough to even be able to hold a conversation on. </div>]]></description>

There have been many circumstances in which I really have been unsure if I'll be able to persevere, but I want it bad enough, so I'm working on these feelings.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This TFB influences how I see myself because it makes me really compare myself to the other students enrolled in the same classes as myself as well as the alumni who have already completed said courses. I am a very competitive individual and due to this, I compare, and comparing really brings me down because of the common idea that I don't think I'm good enough.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some environmental factors that will make changing this TFB difficult are that there is no possible way for me to eliminate or completely isolate myself from the idea of the other individuals. Due to this, they will always be there and the idea of me not being able to do what they have done will always be there.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have tried to change this TFB in the past and something that has prevented me from being able to fully go through and change it is the fact that there will always be that voice in the back of my head saying I'm not good enough. Its natural for us humans to compare what we have and what we don't have to others, but its a simple fact that not everyone is created equally; and due to this fact, this is what has prevented me from changing it, because its there essentially saying "what if you really just aren't good enough?".</div>]]></description>

         <title>Change is a process and you may experience a setback.  What can you do to be more successful when you re-group to overcome a setback?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Something I can do in order to re-group and me more successful to overcome said setback is to just try to remain optimistic, look at how it could've been worse in ways than it really was and maybe, just maybe, this will allow me to keep my head up. Another way is to prevent myself from falling short and falling into the same setbacks, change your ways for the better (if possible) to prevent this to the best of your ability.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>What support and or resources do you need to help make this change?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>An obvious resource/way of support to help make this change would be a tutor. Most of my struggles today really just come from school and the stress it brings upon me from things like, how hard the classes are, or whether is just me not understanding whatever it is that I'm doing. I am one who like to do things completely on my own so when I go to a tutor, I feel like I am accepting defeat in a sense, however this is not the actual case, in reality, I'm acknowledging that I need help.<br>The final resource/support I need to help make this change is just to surround myself with other people who are like minded in goals.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In all honesty, a healthy TFB that I have is how stubborn I am. If I wasn't so stubborn, I'd just have given up by now and started trying to work on something else, but I don't like to say no, and I don't like to feel defeated. This can help me stop the unhealthy TFB by forcing me to persevere through the difficulties it brings upon me.</div>]]></description>
