I believe, Lab on a Patch is a promising innovation in medical technology. It has the potential to transform how we monitor and treat patients. Unlike traditional lab testing, this technology overs continuous and minimally invasive monitoring in real time. However, it is still in the experimental phase and not yet FDA approved. Questions still remain about accuracy, cost and integration into clinical settings. If all challenges are addressed, Lab on a Patch could significantly reduce our reliance on lab draws.

My current strengths include: Restorative, Significance, Harmony, Achiever and Focus. I plan to build a team, by incorporating all five of my strengths. I will also use my strengths towards the team. I will use my Restorative strength to solve problems quickly and keep the team on track. My Significance and Achiever strengths will drive high performance, while Harmony helps me create a collaborative environment. And with Focus, I’ll keep the team aligned and goal-oriented.My team will include:

Alice, I chose her due to her Achiever strength. Her work ethic will push the team to be productive.
Fernando, I chose him due to his Focus strength. He can help take direction and follow through with tasks.
Rachel, I chose her due to her Restorative strength. She can use her strength to follow through by dealing with problems head on.
Susan, I chose her due to her Significance strength. Her strength shows she is independent and will influence organization.
Carter, I chose him for his Communication strength. Although communication is not one of my strengths. I found it close to my strength of Harmony. His communication skills will allow the team to work efficiently.
