Landslides can a domino effect and change the soil type and landscape of the island.
The change in landscape can make digging for coal harder.

We can make indoor coffee with high technology machines that create the ideal growing environment.
This would have a start up cost of $100,000.
Then when everything is going it will go down to $60,000 a month.
Therefore a year of maintaining and start the cost is $820,000.
