Water guns use pumping systems. These pumping systems draw fluid into the pump, which is released w/ the pull of a trigger. For super soakers, w/ the press of a trigger, a valve opens and compressed air Pushes out water. Water guns are reloaded similarly to Guns, just instead of bullets, there is water. The water is filled into a container that is small & can fit into a Water gun. The water gun stores the water in the container until use of the pumping system.

The water gun was invented by Lonnie G. Johnson in 1989. Being the son of a vet and a nurse aid, Lonnie is an American engineer that is worth $360 million dollars. He is 69 and holds more than 120 patents.
Lonnie's invention of the water gun has made over a billion dollars in the hands of Hasbro & Larami. It can shoot up to 38 feet straight, & with accuracy, too. But there is science & math behind this invention, too.
Water guns use pumping systems. These systems draw fluid into the pump, & is released w/ the press or pull of a trigger. For some water guns, w/ the press of a trigger a valve opens & compressed air pushes the water out.
Water guns use containers to refill. The containers fit into the bottom of the water gun or are built into the gun itself. Lonnie G. Johnson's invention has inspired many. Mark Rober made the biggest water gun in the world. He is in the Guinness World Records.
