It was a request I had raised with my manager earlier during our 1-to-1 sessions as I wanted to hone my skills which she confidently delegated to me thereafter. As I was always involved in the later stages of planning, I possessed minimal skills and knowledge. I was overwhelmed at first when I did not know what to do. Later part, I realised that the key was to break down each step and to segment out my priorities so that I could branch out the solutions and steps to proceed from there. Using a step-by-step approach would better organise my tasks and hence a clearer view of what needs to be done.

I wonder if this is the end of my journey in this office as a telephone operation. However, I thought not to give up while looking for a solution for myself, finally I applied to look for positive things according to my wishes, namely enjoying the night on the streets and lights of Jakarta city buildings while enjoying tofu round the sidewalk, for some reason this really helped recovery to me, silent but it works! . when I know this is my healing now, I really like it and have been able to control everything well so far.

    I never been into a category I have never been into before that challenges me to learn from the beginning to get better understand of the products & trend. I possessed a minimal skills yet grateful for buddy I had. Right day-3 I was joining the team my Asst Category Manager asked me to pitch seller for joining 11.11 - 12.12 campaign. I was shocked and did not know what to do, as that was my first time pitching seller with such a big price. The deadline also were too tight and the load were too full for me as I considered new.

    Later on, I always asking and surfing on Shopee edu and realize that I need to push my self-learning process and keep pro-active by asking things that I did not familiar with. Therefore, I tried to make notes and script for seller to be pitched to help me communicate regarding to the details of the package. Moreover, I also tried started to make notes, prioritize my sellers and deadlines, these helps me to mapping my mind and workload. Furthermore, I also able to manage my time better both for personal and professional matters.

    Using one by one step approach able to help me realize what's my prioritize in a time and to road me in a straight way.

I'm starting to get overwhelmed with users who complain, especially when there are hard complaints.

    Then I began to realize that I must remain patient and calm when dealing with customers. I start deep breathing because when you're worried and anxious your breathing becomes faster and shallower so practicing deep breathing can help slow down your heart rate, then listen to spiritual songs that make me calm, also sometimes I listen to podcasts on Spotify for relaxing music by making hot chocolate because universally acknowledged that chocolate Everything about it makes us happy. Then, I realized that the key is to start keeping our mood, calm and prioritize tasks, also maintain health and support from the #Premiumteam, making me more able to handle problems at work.

    Everyone has a different way of managing their problem. Please do what you want to do that makes you happy and manage your problem. Focus on issues you can control and make plans to solve them :)

    Hearing their experience make me realize that everyone's struggle is not the same.

    That's when I know I should give my best effort. 
    Since everyone in the team always share the remarkable support.

    To maintain everyone's expectation on me might be the biggest challenge. 
    However, they always remind me to keep my own balance. 

    To rest aside but still steady in changing lane anytime. 
    To gradually improve myself one step at a time.

    Having 1:1 session with everyone in my team was the best decision.
    Cause that's how I was able to create a significant interaction.

    One main key takeaway from this is communication. 
    Now, I finally belong to my dream team beyond my imagination.

I work as a RM Long Tail . Once I was call a seller to ask for SKU Dealing, and suddenly he was harassing me with very very bad bad word for at least for 30 minutes. Its very difficult to me at the beginning of the call , because I'm afraid that the seller was very sensitive so that I've to control the emotion to make seller emotion will not raise. and also I have to make a smart decision so the seller calm down. Then, I try just to listen to him and saying sorry If we make any mistake even though we still didn't check if what he say was true, I still say sorry and notes all the things that he complaint. I try to make keynotes for every problem he had. And then after the emotion of the seller was calm. I try to make sure him that we will give his answer to his problem soon as possible. I also contacted my reporting manager so that the problem can be solved immediately. And finally we solve his problem and my reporting manager call him to tell that his problem was solved.
