Navigate to the bottom right corner on your screen once you open the padlet link.

Click on the '+' sign to add a note.

Enter text, documents, links, images, or other media forms to express your thoughts.

Click publish to add note to board.

To edit, click the 3 ellipses on the top right corner of your post.

To comment on other posts, enter text into 'add comment' section at the bottom of the note.

By clicking the heart on the bottom left of a note, you can also 'like' the other notes posted to show your agreement.

In your group, add 1 note to describe the leadership structure of the center you reviewed. Add your thoughts on that Center's leadership structure. Comment on positives/negatives of that structure.

On a second note, give your feedback for the structure of the Latinx Success Center based on your reflections.
