Teachers can use this book in their classroom to show kids that it is okay to feel mad, angry, or just to feel emotional sometimes. In  addition, this book shows that when we are upset, we should not hide our feelings; it is best to talk to someone or have someone listen to us. This book would be best suited for kindergartners to second graders. </div>]]></description>

This book introduces the idea to students that they can do it, even with the stress of emotions. For an activity, students could go around in a circle and say something that they are really good at and capable of.
