How I prefer to communicate: F2F, however since we are virtual, email will do!

How I disagree: Usually nicely. I try to ask questions to understand other perspectives. I basically don't like conflict.

How I can be misunderstood: That silence = agreement. Usually when I am quiet, I am thinking and have not yet made up my mind.

What I want support to look like: Ask questions, offer help.

What I expect from team mates: Communication! Honesty. Ask questions. Team mates should do what they say they will & if something happens so they can't then communicate early so we have a chance to readjust.

I prefer to communicate via email, phone, or text.

I disagree by asking questions and sharing my thoughts and/or explaining my perspective.

How I can be misunderstood:
I can be misunderstood by my tone of voice.

What I want support to look like:
I want support to look like sharing and respecting each others ideas.

What I expect from team mates:
I expect my team mates to contribute to our projects, support each other, and offer positive feedback and/or criticism.

Text message, email, groupchats via whatsapp
How I disagree: I generally explain why I disagree and try to understand there the opposing party is coming from.
How I can be misunderstood:
I think I can be misunderstood when I have no made up my mind on how I feel about a topic or area of discussion that I am not familiar with or doesn't make sense.
What I want support to look like: I like when teammates ask for help and are not shy to seek advice from people. I really appreciate honest feedback, even brutal feedback is constructive to an extent.
What I expect my teammates to do:
I expect my teammates to be honest with their work and to  speak their mind without fear of being judged on their opinions as long as they can support it. I hope my teammates can complete their work and communicate as best as they can.

How I prefer to communicate: I prefer to communicate in a direct face-to-face conversation with people, although talking on the telephone is tolerable.

How I disagree:
I tend to disagree with people in a respectful and calm manner, except, I will firmly defend my point without attempting to using any tone or language that would escalate tensions.

How I can be misunderstood:
I can be misunderstood by means of my choice of words, ideas, and actions that is opposite to others.

What I want support to look like:
I want support to be in the form of taking the initiative and being actively participating with the task. 

What I expect from team mates:
I expect my team mates to respect me,  provide constructive criticism, and flexible communication. 

How I disagree:Respectfully, I find disagreements uncomfortable and awkward if someone takes it too personally. I am opened minded and willing to compromise
How I can be misunderstood: By not being clear with my messages, I sometimes like phone calls better if I am trying to speak my mind because I have been put in awkward situations since I wasn’t too clear on what I was trying to say.
What I want support to look like: Consist communication, questions about what I am working on. Making sure I am on top of what I need to do. I want my team members to hold me accountable for what I said I would do. I don’t want them to think it’s okay if I start to slack off. Which I don’t normally do :)

What I expect from team mates: I always say Communication is the key to every successful team. I enjoy teamwork and learning from each other, but when it comes down to business I like clear communication. A plan to accomplish our goals and what we need to do. I think the worst that can happen to anyone is having no idea what is going on with another teammate because of the lack of communication.

What I expect from team mates: equal forms of effort, communication especially and enthusiasm. Leadership.

How I disagree: By asking questions so I can better understand the issue we are experiencing so we can meet somewhere halfway. I like to avoid conflict.
