For example, if you know you have a Dyslexic in the class, dome adaptations I may make to meet this need, may interfere with other learning needs such as Autism or ADHD.  
I have also come to realise that sometimes, adapting the lesson to meet these needs may lead to extending the lesson time or having to eliminate something from the lesson to place extra support. 
However, when a student with additional needs/learning difficulties remembers a lesson that I have planned and delivered, it means that they can recall the information given so to repeat not what was taught but how it was taught. 
When planning and delivering a lesson, equality has to come into all aspects of teaching. It provides me with an overall evaluation of how all the students engage in the same task but may result in different outcomes showing any further need for support.

The Equality Act 2010 ensures that no institution or person can be discriminated against regarding sex, gender, age, disability, religion and nationality. Relating this to education, no student can be discriminated against which means all students are treated the same. 
Avis, Fisher and Thompson (2018) state that 'inclusivity should involve the whole class working and learning together where there are no ‘outsiders’, and different contributions are celebrated and valued'. This is in agreement with the Equality Act as well as the ETF Professional Standard (2014) 'Value and promote social and cultural diversity, equality of opportunity and inclusion'. This should all be taken into consideration when planning, delivering and reflecting on the lesson and also on how well the students can recall the lesson through assessments.
