What’s tolerated will become the norm.

Resources - we are well supplied. No excuse if you think you can’t do it.

Cultural learning - want to learn new ways to teach students….but having time to actually learn it and design / implement. Is there a way to have dedicated time to develop novel lessons? Planning it takes way longer than the actual lesson. Don’t want to do more outside the building until they pay me more.

Community partnerships - need to connect learning to the community more. Create more relevant experiences….”but I don’t know where to go?”

Can we have a skill based class in freshman year? :)

Critique: Kids can’t do 6 periods of PBL and soft skills. Combine classes and projects needed and have one large project period.
