It will be a week of learning about trees and plants. It will also be about nature and our local environment...

We will be starting our week by planting a brand new tree at our school! Little Hands, Big Hearts will be holding assemblies with each phase during Nature Week and we want to inspire all of you to take care of our planet...

So with this awesome project in mind, we have devised a competition...

We want you to name our new tree.

Just press the + button in the bottom right hand corner of the Padlet and then enter your name and class. After that, write your name suggestion, and post it on the Padlet.

Alternatively, you can send it to me at ben.glanfield@rakacademy.org and I will post it for you...

The winner gets to place their winning name around the tree, on a plaque and watch it grow into a wonderful addition to our school...

The Green Committee & Student Leadership Team will vote for the winner.

Deadline for entries is Wednesday 15th November.
