I think that learning should look the same in that the rigor, content and expectation of excellence should be the same for all students in a classroom.

Some things should look different. For example, when one student needs an additional explanation for clarity: it should not just be an exact repeat of what was already stated. It should be an inquiry of the student to know what is already understood and what access is needed to be provided in a new or different way.

Assessment could also look the same as to vocabulary, content discipline specifics and conclusions about material outcomes.
