In my opinion feedback is when someone or a group of people look over something that someone else or yourself has completed or is working on and gives you tips of what can be improved or changed to make the final product better. I believe that feedback can be effective if the "oreo" method is used which is when a positive is given, then constructive criticism then a positive. For example: "I really love the color scheme that is used, however I would write everything in black rather than white so it is easier to read but overall the color makes this poster very approachable."

In my opinion, feedback is advice someone is given to help them improve something. They could be given feedback on anything, not just work or assignments. Feedback is crucial to getting better and learning from mistakes. Feedback is effective by how it lets people know what they’re doing wrong and/or what they could do better. It helps people learn to accept criticism by teaching them that criticism isn’t always a negative thing.

It helps you to get better because it explicitly states what needs to be done. feedback is very effective if it's clear and precise. It lets someone know how to grow and do better.

Feedback can be something as small as someone stating, "solid work!" and as big ad someone reading through your 10-paper and giving you advice on what could be improved to better the writing. Feedback is a way of having someone else's opinion on your work as we as humans can be bias about our work. It helps to have another set of eyes on your work to see if there is room for improvement! It is effective for not only evaluating progress on work but also helping to show where improvement can be made. For example, instead of just marking what is incorrect on a student's assignment, writing a note stating what went wrong and how the student can improve can help them for future assignments.

Feedback: Is a form of constructive criticism or advice on how to improve on something you did, whether that be an action or something you are working on. Feedback is effective when the person giving it knows that the person who did it knows what they did "wrong." Also, the person needs to be open to the feedback given to them, and to be able to apply it in the future.

It is a tool to help you improve on something that you are or have been working on. I think feedback is very important. I think teachers can give students constructive feedback or positive feedback. Whether that is one or the other is based on the student's work or performance. I think there are some ways you can provide positive feedback and constructive feedback at the same time. I think this is the most effective way for students to learn from their mistakes if they have any. Feedback is something that all students should have in the classroom to help them overall as students!

Feedback also includes learning about what parts you did great and need no change.

Feedback is effective because it allows you to see the opinion of others on your work and opens your mind to other points of view.

Feedback is someone else's evaluation of my thoughts, ideas, and/or contributions to content or my original content. This is an important part of growing into adulthood and from there, growing into roles we want to be successful in. It is an important part of being responsible for children to help them make corrections to their behavior and coursework. It is a vital part of any relationship where your success is measured (teacher/student, boss/employee, and doctor/patient). Feedback informs you of strengths and weaknesses and allows you insight into how others view you and your work. The goal is to use it constructively to improve yourself.

In my personal experience and words, feedback is when someone or a group of people give you comments to consider on something you have created. I think the biggest thing that makes feedback effective is that, while it is a note of consideration to possibly change something about your work, it should always be done in a positive manner. If feedback were to be given in a demeaning way, such as calling someones work stupid or ugly, then it would not be effective towards positively impacting the work by making it improve.

To me Feedback is when someone comments on your work to discuss the performance of it. I danced all throughout highschool and I got feedback constantly on my performance and how I was adapting the choreography. It’s the same like that in all areas of individuals life. Feedback can be positive or constructive. It can happen positively when someone comments on your performance or work in a way that is flattering or makes you feel proud. When someone gives you constructive feedback it is a way of helping to make the performance or work better in a way that isn’t demeaning but helpful to make it better and more effective.

Feedback is when someone shares their comments, opinions, and suggestions on a piece of work, so the creator can revise and make corrections if needed. I think clear comments make feedback effective. This means giving the creator specific things that need to be fixed or that were really good. If something needs to be fixed explain why and how. Make sure feed back is constructive.
