I live in Bogotà D.C, in a very quiet neighborhood, in the surroundings there are several shopping areas and markets, also I live next to a main road, which is very busy. I live alone in an apartment, my apartment is small and comfortable too.

 

First, I usually get up at 5:00 am, then I eat breakfast, usually at 6:00 am, I have a cup of coffee, toasts and eggs. Later I ride my bike to work, I have lunch at 1:00 pm and I usually eat grains, vegetables and meat. Later I return at 6:30 pm and before dinner I Study and finish pending activities, finally I go to bed at 11:00 pm.
