       - Social Media blast: posters of all kind and quick instagram sharable pictures for the team

- The Mass Show-out (Cause we’re a Catholic school...)
       - Get together a large group of guys and girls to plan certain random games for teams to show up to their games unexpectedly.
       - Can easily make team members feel great about a surprise crowd piling in.
       - Each member invites a friend and so on...

- Linking actual teams to head their own inter-murals on campus:
        - If each team was put at the head of organizing intra-murals it could be more custom tailored to letting the team interact with campus and promote more... just sayin

- Potential Lessons:
    -How to handle failure

    -Public speaking/ presenting
    - Inertia in Starting Projects

- Discussions: (will likely work hand and hand with Burr’s weekly announcements to give students time to think and react)
    -What authentically motivates us (aka do we do things because it is what we “should” be doing in that scenario or because it brings us joy?)
    - Are we continuous leaders or situational leaders?
    - The importance of confronting insecurity in leadership.

- Tailored conversations and discussions with each member of the room:
    - At this point I have a pretty good look at everyone’s pros and cons in leadership, and I know one year ago I would have loved to have someone individually guide me on how I can improve on certain aspects and capitalize on my strengths, so I hope to approach that from an authentic and humble way if possible.

Side note: Yes, it would be different levels of commitment depending on the project, but I hope to lend my experience and contribute ways I have found to improve success and keep other members accountable. I will consider this project a success if there is not a single person that shows up to the stand at the end of the year with a flimsy answer that they got busy, etc...

       - Try to pull the strengths of the individuals involved to improve the project.

      - Offers points to check on what progress has been made and offers a moment to reflect on the direction the project is going.

Saturday, March 7: Notes for each student in stuco in Padlet and what I can do to help.
Friday, March 20: Second PLP check w each student, will update Padlet as necessary
Friday, April 3: Third and final check on PLPs. Do reflection in Padlet on what when well and what failed with PLP help.
