         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel that CoPs are a great way to learn from peers. Sometimes the content can be so overwhelming and it's good if there is a leader(s) to help model tasks. Something like EVO sessions. With these sessions you know that CoP is focused for 5 weeks and wach week you have to look at some content and do a task and a reflection. This is the magic of CoPs.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
